During his long career in Executive Search, Greg has worked across a very broad range of industry sectors and functions. His early concentration was within Investment Banking and Finance. His specialisation in Property began in 1989 when he established a dedicated property recruitment capability within Hamilton James and Bruce. He built this practice by working with some of the major Banks, Fund Managers and Developers during the early 1990’s. When he and Richard Stubley formed Hamilton Partners in 1995, Greg’s exclusive focus became Property. Over the last 15 years he has continued to expand the firm’s profile by working across all property sectors at senior executive level.

Now semi-retired Greg continues his involvement as a highly regarded, well networked consultant to Conari working on new assignments and business development opportunities.

Prior to his time in Executive Search Matt has had extensive experience at a senior level in direct real estate, equities and funds management over 25 years. He has worked as a valuer and consultant in direct property in the UK and Australia for global groups Richard Ellis and Jones Lang Wootton, and also as a senior REIT analyst for Hambros Equities, and as Director of Property Investments for Barclays Global Investors where he managed the property securities funds in addition to Listed and Wholesale property funds. Matt has also been General Manager to the listed Capital Property Trust, and Head of Investments and Developments for Mirvac Funds Management where he drove strategy and new business development. Since leaving the executive of Mirvac he has been a Non- Executive Director of Mirvac Funds Limited and is currently a Non-Executive of Centuria Funds Management, an Australian based Fund Manager and Developer with over $1.2 billion funds under management

  • Deputy Chairman of Cure Cancer Australia and Chairman of Finance Committee. Cure Cancer is an organization focussed on seed funding young, brilliant researchers in their search for a cure for cancer.

Richard qualified as a chartered accountant in Australia and was transferred to Vancouver, Canada to focus on companies within the natural resources sector. Returning to Australia he moved into investment banking with Trans City Holdings (now Bank of New York) to establish capability in capital markets and derivative instruments across, debt, currencies, equities and commodities. His team became market leaders. During this time he was also an alternate director of the Sydney Futures Exchange and sat on the bank’s executive committee. In 1987 he co-founded Stafford Financial, a specialist boutique investment firm focussed on direct participation in financial markets and providing sophisticated advisory services in the application of derivative instruments for a array of uses. He lead the advisory team and in 1991 took this business under his own structure before selling to a global investment bank in 1994.

In 1995 Richard joined Greg Hamilton to establish Hamilton Partners and led the financial services practice. As markets have become increasingly specialised his focus and interest moved to infrastructure. Over the past 10 years he has conducted numerous senior level domestic and global searches across all aspects of the infrastructure sector.
